WHERE DO YOU TRAIN CLIENTS DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC?

VIRTUALLY

I have offered my services to clients virtually for several years to accommodate my international clients. Although, at some point we will be able to get back into the gyms and I will eventually offer in person sessions.

IN PERSON (post shelter-in-place)

In person sessions are held at private training studios in the Flatiron area of Manhattan. I also travel to client’s homes with an additional (in home/travel) rate.

INTERNATIONAL

International client sessions are hosted on Google Hangouts. If you don’t have it, we can figure out another virtual solution.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

Short answer- no. We will start out by using only your body weight so that I can break down and assess your posture and form. We will work to build your movements and eventually, yes, we may add in weights and resistance. Most of the equipment we will use if you are starting out or rehabilitating can be swapped out with items found in your own home.


WHAT KIND OF INJURIES TO YOU SUPPORT THE REHABILITATION OF?

A lot of my rehabilitation clients come to me with a minor injury that was caused by either incorrect form or movement. There is a lot of training available out there but it is important to know how to train correctly. We will work to relearn and rebuild the correct movements and get you back on track. With sports related injuries, I work with your physical therapist to develop a plan that is right for you. Every injury is different and it is important to take a unique approach to your healing.
