TRAINING AT BREAKBUILD
Training at Breakbuild is individualized and intentionally designed for people who want sustainable strength rather than short-term effort.
Training is offered through one-on-one private training and individualized, semi-private group classes. Both are offered in-person and virtually.
Sessions focus on breaking movement down, building strong foundations, and developing a clearer understanding of how your body moves.
Each program is built around where your body is today, not where you think it “should” be.
This approach supports clients returning from injury, new to training, and athletes focused on long-term performance.
ABOUT CEDRIC
Cedric Cosiac has spent his career studying movement from every angle.
He began coaching at fifteen as the youngest USA Swimming coach in the country, developing an early eye for mechanics, efficiency, and technique. His background spans competitive athletics, strength and conditioning, Muay Thai, and rehabilitation-informed training.
After recovering from a serious spinal injury, Cedric shifted his focus toward long-term movement health and sustainability.
Today, he works with clients ranging from first-time gym goers to athletes and sports professionals, helping them move with confidence, clarity, and control.
